Any orders will be actioned within 3 working days (not including weekends or public holidays) of receipt of payment. Any orders paid for by cheque will be shipped only once the cheque has cleared.
All goods will be shipped fully insured by Odd-Ball Import Ltd.
Once an order is posted, the customer will receive an automated email confirming the goods have been despatched.
If for any reason we cannot ship the goods within the 3 day period, we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss the situation and agree resolution.
