AT Odd-Ball Import Ltd, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. In saying this, a lot of our parts are kustom fit and are not made specifically for your vehicle. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

FAULTY GOODS
If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund including cost of the goods (plus initial shipping costs) and return delivery costs or a replacement (identical item or goods to the value of - the choice is yours). We will need all packaging returning to us.

GOODS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
If an item is not faulty but not fit for purpose, we will refund the cost of the item plus initial postage but not the return postage. Any goods returned as such will need to be in a 100% re-saleable condition, in the unmarked packaging. Any such goods returned and are not in a 100% re-saleable condition could be rejected by Odd-Ball Import Ltd. As with the above, we will offer refund or replacement goods of equal value to that of the goods being returned. Any refund must be claimed within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of goods. Any customer wanting to return goods must request a "Return Material Authorisation" (RMA) number before returning. Please clearly mark the packaging of any returned goods with this RMA number.
